Product Description
LT-HLPB burners are designed for heating process air in motion, the burner elements is mounted inside the process air duct directly in the air stream being heated, the air stream passes across the burner and through the mixing plates and is used as combustion air, thanks to proper profile plate setting. HT-HLPB burner produce stable and high efficient flame in process air stream, but with low pressure drop, the burner operate with nature gas and propane, max process air temperature is 540ºC, and accept preheated process air, or low oxygen process air, consult us for project details
LT-HLPB burner is modular designed, easily to configure for different layout of the total burner solution, according to duct size and heating capacity, each model firing capacity upto 700Kw, min capacity is 25Kw, very wide range to modulate the burner, easy to control process temperature in the duct. Burner perfomrance may different with different applications, mainly count on upstream process air temperature and oxygen volume, as well as the downstream temperature, process air velocity and fuel gas type. please consult us for project based requirement
