Product Description

Robust mutil-fuel process burner

FFMG multi-fuel combination burner is designed for durability and long life in continuous operation in a variety of heating environments. Low air and fuel pressure requirements make it an ideal all-purpose burner for applications. FFMG also operates in applications under pressure or suction.

Burner capacities range from 800 to 29,000 kW. The burner is designedto operate on any clean industrial fuel gas with a higher heating value 19.7 MJ/Nm3 or greaterwith ambient or preheated combustion air. The FFMG burner can meet stringent emissions requirements in many applications and is well suited to workwithin a firing tube or with flue gasrecirculation.

Available with an alloy tile and orbaffle for ambient combustion airand application temperatures up to 980°C, or a refractory tile or baffle for application temperaturesup to 1540°C. Converging or diverging refractory tiles are available and the burner also supports angled installation ports or customer supplied shapes within certain criteria.

With a refractory tile, the 1000 and 2000 series can operate with airpreheat temperatures up to 150ºC, and the 3000 series can operate with air preheat temperatures upto 480°C
