Product Description
MPAL gas burner is nozzle mix type, fuel and air is mixed at gas nozzle, with swirling air blade setting, optimizedair air fuel mix, to be stable flame shape and better emission. MPAL is light-weight design with alumina housing, very easy to transport. Optional combustor with SiC, stainess steel or refractory material, easily applied to fiber lined or hard refractory furnaces installation. Combustor shape can be selected with shrink, spread or straight shape, that brings short, flat or long flame, with mature designnd plenty of installation experience, MPAL is widely used in kinds of industry furnaces.

MPAL_SiC150, max firing rate is 150Kw, general combustor(flame tube) length is 300mm, other size of combustor is acceptable, let us know your furnace wall thickness, we will design your project according to your furnaces
